Lance Ziebarth joined Roers Construction, Inc. in 2004 as President of the company. As President, Lance oversees the management of project staff and provides leadership to all projects under construction. He monitors the on-going status of the company and provides direction for company growth. He is actively involved in estimating, bidding, scheduling, and contract development/management.
Before joining RCI, Lance was Vice President of R.L. Engebretson Construction, Sales Engineer/Production Manager at Mid America Steel, and an adjunct professor at NDSU. Lance has extensive experience in litigation support and his background includes more than ten years in the structural steel industry.
