Dave Bartell became the Estimator for Roers Construction, Inc. in 2005. As Estimator, Dave is responsible for preparing the budget scopes and estimates for all Roers Construction or Roers Development projects. Dave started out with Roers Construction in 1999 as a carpenter in the field and was promoted to Estimator after working in various roles such as Assistant Project Manager, Superintendent/Field Engineer, and Project Manager.
