In 1976, Jim Roers started Roers Construction company as a small residential contractor. Over a 30-year duration, he grew the general construction business to over 100 employees and annual sales of more than $20 million. With a changing market demand for design-build services, Jim re-focused his efforts toward the development process and providing additional building services to his clients.
Lance Ziebarth joined the company as President of RCI in 2004. Lance has over 20 years of additional experience in the regional commercial construction market, having held leadership positions in the steel fabrication industry and construction management field.
With over 30 years of success, RCI is a financially strong company with a proven track record of following complex specifications identified by the client. RCI has special expertise in the areas of design-build, commercial, multi-unit residential, historic rehabilitation, and institutional construction.
